This is a nice highly rated DCC starter set. Very easy to operate and do all the functions required for DCC train operations. Instruction book is easy to understand so you will be up and running quickly. The hand held controller is very convenient for walking around store your layout. Comes with a 8 foot tether. Operates any scale of train. I personally have one to run HO and N scale trains. It had been opened so I check all the components and they worked as if new. Believe it had very little use if any. I made a 1/4” plexiglass case for the circuit board so I could place anywhere I wish. The last photo shows mine and does not come with the unit.
