Fil De Fer Wire Work is an old craft that is becoming very popular in home decorating especially for those trying to achieve the Jean d' Arc Living look of French Style in their home decorating. That is why I have created this Lovely Crown in that style since they are not easy to find.
This Large Crown has been worked in a sturdy wire for strength and stability over which I have added resilient Paper Clay and not paper mache to give it a Vintage sort of Crusty appearance. Like it has been around for ages. I have also added Lovely Purple/ Amethyst Beading for a bit of Glitz and Glamour. These crowns look great on old mannequin forms or just wherever you find you need a that special touch in your Home decor.
