Yorke "Rosedale" Coffee Tea Pot, Staffordshire English Blue White Coffee Tea pot MINT "Rosedale Blue" English store Ironstone Old Staffordshire

White ironstone has long been an American favorite, and this is a lovely example.
This Coffee / Tea pot was made by the Yorke Company in Staffordshire store England.

The piece, which features a bouquet of blue roses, is 7" H without the lid, and holds 5 Cups.
The pattern is called "Rosedale".

Another Co in England, Wood & Sons Ltd., entered receivership in December 1981. Members of the Yorke family purchased the company. It traded under the name Wood & Sons, Ltd., from 1982 until the factory closed in 1995. That is why this coffee pot caries the "Yorke" name.
