Designs have a antiquated look, especially because of using parts from antique watches. The leather straps have a been treated to give an antique look. The more you store bring this watch along with you day-to-day, the more the watch will accentuate it's antiquity.

This is the watch that has the smallest face. The wrist band is also the most thin. It is most recommended for smaller wrists.
We have a bigger faced watch as well that is unisex.
