I won 1st place with this costume 2 years ago. It was so great that people actually thought someone let an elderly person into our workplace which is dangerous for elderly folks. Does not come with the walker. It was so heavy and really hard to push around that I donated it back to goodwill when I was finished with it. If you want a walker, you can likely get one at your local thrift store, but I recommend a cane instead! Also, I filled the pill container with M&M's and acted like I was taking medication throughout the day. It was funny and I recommend you do the same! Comes with all accessories pictured except: walker, basket, bicycle bell and handlebar phone holder. Socks were a 2 pack, pair pictured are new. Clothes are all women's, I believe. All fit baggy and really give that old person look. This store costume was so much fun!!!.
